Delivery Policies

Shipping will take 3 to 5 business days* after order confirmation; delivery time will depend on the city of origin.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Occasionally, orders may arrive in separate packages and on different days within our delivery promise (3 to 5 business days).

All our shipments are free within Panama City; for shipments to provinces, there are additional courier costs.

At our Online Store, we want to deliver your order as quickly as possible, which is why our delivery promise is 3 to 5 business days*; delivery time will depend on the city of origin. Occasionally, unforeseen issues may prevent us from meeting our delivery promise; however, we want to guarantee that this time will not exceed a maximum period of 30 days.

Once we ship the order to the customer, they must track it using the tracking number associated with their order to ensure delivery.

*Business days are considered Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5:00 p.m. will be considered orders for the next day.
